Looking for a Father’s Day Gift or Personalized Product? Check Out Rocketlife
It should not be a big surprise that I happen to really like personalized products, I have mentioned it numerous times in reviews and hey, I am a mom…what mom doesn’t like showing off products that have been personalized with their children’s names or pictures? So, when I had the chance to review a couple of products personalized by Rocketlife, of course I said yes, I’ve never actually had anything with my kiddos pictures on then…now I do.
Let me first say that in order to make the personalized products for this review I had to download the Rocketlife software which was quite quick and easy, it only took me a few minutes and the only “annoying” thing was the fact I had to shut down all 7 of my internet browsers before I did it. I initially went into this review thinking I was going to be
making something for my hubby for Father’s Day so the first product that I looked for was something he would be able to use while he is at work (I forgot that he reads the site and that I was going to be posting it so you would be having a great Father’s Day gift idea). I was debating between a mousepad and a coffee mug, and I decided on a coffee mug; hubby has been drinking coffee more and more now that he is away. Once I picked the product that I wanted, I was able to pick the background that I wanted; there are quite a lot of choices and I am sure that you can find something that will fit what you are looking for…I personally went with something a little bit more manly for hubby as you can see from the picture. Once you pick the background you are prompted to pick the picture you would like to put on the product. For hubby I choose a picture of me and the girls…looking for the picture made me realize that we don’t take family pictures enough. After the picture was uploaded I had the choice to move it or edit it to makes sure I was pleased with placement and how it looked. Once I had the mug I wanted set up, I clicked order and was done. (I mentioned that I had the opportunity to review two products and I choose to make the second product a coffe mug for me so I wouldn’t be jealous of hubby’s). How easy is it to make a product with Rocketlife? Really easy!
Now onto the actual products. The mugs were packaged really securely to make sure they didn’t break in transit and when I pulled them out I was surprised to see they looked exactly like what the mock up looked like. The colors are bright and the pictures are very crisp and clear. Overall they look really cool. I ended up showing hubby his because I needed to see what he thought for the review and he actually liked it *gasp*. That’s right, Mr. “I-Don’t-Like-Stuff-I-Don’t-Need-Stuff” liked them and suggested we get more for gifts. I do wish that the mugs themselves were a bit more heavy duty, they are a bit thin and the body gets hot. But overall I am quite happy with the look and presentation.
Rocketlife also overs a ton of other personalized products including photobooks (a HUGE hit around the holiday’s), luggage tags and keychain tags, as well as posters, tiles and mousepads, plus much more. So, what do I think? I really like the mugs that I made using Rocketlife and I think they are a really great gift idea for Father’s Day, birthdays or any of the other gift giving holidays.

I got a mug too, and hubby has been using it since Christmas, and it still looks brand new! I actually run a site powered by Rocketlife, because I like to products so much. I just got a personal soft cover photo book, and have been showing it off to everyone. Now everyone else wants one!
The calendars are great too (yes, I am biased a bit, but they really are). The pictures are clear and the pages of the calendars are very thick (almost like cardboard).
And for all the scrapbookers, you can use your pages and elements too! I was able to find a page, that had a frame, so I added my picture and made it the full page, and it turned out awesome!
very cool
