Nature’s Baby-All Natural Baby Bath Products

Submitted by Victoria Arya on July 29, 2009 – 10:55 pm4 Comments

My kids happen to be bath nuts…and when I say that I might be understating it just a bit.  My kids love taking a bath and playing in the water…Ellie will ask for a bath at least 2 or 3 times a day.  One of their biggest treats in a bath, besides the bath itself, are bubbles…both Ellie and Eve adore playing with bubbles.  What the girls don’t adore is the fact that the bubbles always seem to disappear within minutes.  What I don’t like is the whining for more, the funky bubble smell and the fact that every bath seems to take about 1/2 bottle of bubbles.  So, when I was recently offered the chance to review some all natural baby bath products called Nature’s Baby of course I said yes… especially since the words “Lavender Bath Bubbles” were thrown into the mix.natures-baby

So, when the products arrived it wasn’t actually a bath day…yeah I know I am the most awful parent ever because I don’t give the girls a bath every day; they get a bath every other day, or when they have been playing outside, or when they smell, or when they smash food on themselves.  But, since it was the night before I was suppose to leave for Blogher, and since I had my aunt there to help me watch the kiddos while I tried to get everything together and the house in some kind of order, the kids went ahead and got their unscheduled bath LOL.  I had my aunt watching while there were in their bathroom in the tub and I was a hallway away vacuuming, and about 3 minutes later I smelled lavender…so I turned off the vacuum and went to check it out.  Sure enough it was the bubbles that smelled that good, and it wasn’t one of those barely there whiffs of something, you could smell the lavender and it was really really nice.  Then I looked in the tub…and there was a HUGE amount of bubbles in there that the girls were playing with.  I admit it, I had a freak out: “Judy!!!  How much of the bottle did you put in there???”  Looking rather annoyed that I was questioning her aunt skills Judy answered “a couple teaspoons”…oppps.  So, a couple of teaspoons of the Nature’s Baby Bubble Bath in Lavender filled up the tub with some good smelling and long lasting bubbles…huh…wish I had known that before I bought all of that other bubble stuff at Target.

I also received the Tangerine Vanilla Shampoo and Body Wash and it smells really good too…it left both of the girls’ hair really soft and sweet smelling…what more could you ask for?

So, here’s the really cool thing.  You know how I mentioned I wasted a good bit of money on bubble bath products in Target because I didn’t know about Nature’s Baby and their cool products?  Well, 300 select Target stores are running a test run to see how well Nature’s Baby Products sell in Target stores…they are offering:

* 8oz Shampoo/Body Washes in Vanilla Tangerine
* 8oz Shampoo Body Wash in Lavender Chamomile
* 8oz Fragrance Face & Body Moisturizer
* 12oz Bubble Bath in Tangy Tangerine

If you have bath nuts like me I would really suggest you check out the Bubble Bath!  So, want to know if these all natural baby bath products are being sold in your local Target? Click here for a list of participating locations!
