Life Starring the Kids & Me runs giveaways and contests not only to promote products, services and companies, but also to reward my readers with the chance to win really cool gear…It’s good to be a Life Starring the Kids & Me friend

But, in order to make sure that everything is fairly won and run, here are the Life Starring the Kids & Me rules and regulations for contests and giveaways. If you have any questions about them please contact me. Rules effective July11 2009 and forward.

Entering Giveaways

• All Entrants are REQUIRED to fulfill the Mandatory entry requirement. All contest entries are moderated, but there are the occassions when an entry slips by that doesn’t follow the mandatory entry.
• All winners are drawn via Random.Org unless the contest states differently.
• If a winner is drawn and they HAVE NOT followed the Mandatory entry they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
• Contests are open to US only (unless otherwise noted) and entrants must be 18 or older.

Winner Notification

• I will notify the winner via email, so please make sure you have lifestarringellieandeve (@) gmail (.) com and victoria (a) thekidsandme (.) com on your safe sender list. I will not be held responsible if or except the excuse that my notification email went to spam.
• All winners will have 48 hours to respond to the email with the information asked for.
• If the winner does not notify me within 48 hours their prize will be forfeit and will be given away via a LIVE GIVEAWAY.
• Winners will also be posted on the Giveaway Post once the contest has closed and the winner has been choosen.

Receiving Your Prize

• After I receive your information I will forward that to the sponsor who is asked to send out your prize in two to three weeks. If you do not receive your prize after one month has passed please contact me.
• I will contact the sponsor on your behalf about the prize, if in the event the sponsor never sends out a prize I do apologize in advance, but I will not be held responsible.
