The Children’s Place Americana Collection-Perfect for the 4th of July and More! (PS. Attention TX Readers!)

Submitted by Victoria Arya on July 1, 2009 – 12:52 pmNo Comment

We all know by now that I happen to be a big fan of  The Children’s Place (TCP), even if I do have to drive over an hour to set to the one closest to me :-(   So with the 4th of July coming up I was looking for some cute dresses for the girls…why?  Just because…plus the 4th of July gives me a good opportunity to dress them in matching outfits and not feel bad about it.  So, when I had the opportunity to check out two dresses from TCP Americana collection of course I said yes.  I choose to check out the Patchwork Dress for both Ellie and Eve, and the dresses themselves are adorable.tcp  The colors make them perfect for 4th celebrations, but they aren’t so overwhelmingly 4th of July that the kiddos can’t wear then the rest of the summer (YEAY for multifunctional products and clothing!).

Like all of the clothing I have from TCP these dresses are made out of material that will withstand some serious playing and running around…and the darker color won’t show stains that easily!  I also really like that the dresses have some ruffles on the bottom which gives them a little fit of a festive look…they’re not your average run of the mill looking sundresses.

The Americana Collection also has great stuff for the older girls and boys in your life…and IT’S ON SALE!  So, you can grab some pieces for the kiddos to wear the rest of the summer…or you can do what I do when I find a good sale and stock up on stuff for next year :-D

ATTENTION TEXAS READERS

The Children’s Place is giving you and your little ones something to celebrate this summer: must-have summer styles paired with movie passes to see one of the season’s most eagerly anticipated movies – Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.
